Neighborhood Party Report - Posted: Sat, October 13, 2007

Hi all, glad to meet some of you at the Neighborhood party! I think some good connections were made all around. Although the turnout was probably less than I hoped (I know there's more than 30-40 people here!), those of us that were there certainly made the most out of it and tried to make the rounds in the time we had. I ate way too much, met a historian, 2 politicians, a lawyer, several younger couples with kids, a chess teacher, an art teacher, big wigs, little wigs, hip folks and folks who probably need hips. Oh yes, and one of the greatest mysteries in the neighborhood was uncovered by my wife... why there was a horse in a certain someone's back yard one day. I just thought she was crazy.
